This has caused me to become disinterested in school and has resulted in a significant decline in my academic performance.
I have been using video games as a coping mechanism for my stress and anxiety, but it has become too much and has affected my academic progress and overall well-being. I am finding it increasingly difficult to concentrate on schoolwork and am having trouble meeting my academic goals.
I understand that my behavior is not acceptable and that I need to take steps to improve my academic performance.
